Zucchini Breakfast for Sunday Night Dinner Casserole.

Well, time to make the zucchini... again. This time we have another whomping zucchini supported by a bevvy of beautiful garden-fresh produce... and we are making a breakfast casserole... eggs, cheese, bread, veggies and herbs.

fresh bell peppers and cherry tomatoes,
brushed with a little olive oil and balsamic...
post-roast... extreme flavor!
heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil chop.

fresh zuke, chard, leeks, basil, broccoli, & tomatoes
about 8 eggs? Also:
4 cheese italian mix & a lot
of parmigiano reggiano
nice fresh zuke
nice artisan bread, toasted...
